SB725F is a new CNC thread grinding developed by NESPM. It can be used to grind the thread of tap with diameter between 1 to 50 mm. Various metric and ANSI taps can be manufactured, such as hand taps, machine taps, tapered pipe taps, and cold forming taps etc.
1．Traditional gears for pitches of screws are given up, instead, a CNC system makes 3 of 4 axis linked in this machine.
2．High quality press-bearing is used on the spindle for a more stable movement, longer lifetime and better grinding smoothness. It also helps to keep a clean machine and a clean working environment.
3．The grinding wheel is adjusted sharply by diamond dressing roll.
4．Relief grinding system is close to Swiss GBA by the shaking of small working table.
5．CNC is easy to learn and master. With the input from the screen, no any training is need for professional programming.
