Characteristics:
Thread grinder SB725G is designed specifically to grind the thread of taps with high efficiency. It combines the application of multi-grinding lines on the grinding wheels and the up-to-date digitizing control technology. Therefore, it has following three advantages:
1. High efficiency from the application of multi-grinding lines on the grinding wheels;
2. Easy to operation due to the CNC friendly interface;
3. Low maintenance and enhanced productivity.
A modified model SB725G-P from SB725G has additional function to grind pipe taps. SB725G and SB725G-P have been widely used in major tool factories in China and obtained trust from our customers.

Thread per Inch: 24 through 8 T.P.I. (1 mm - 3 mm) pitch (dependent on diameter).
Grinding Wheels: 12"-16" (300-400mm) diameters, 25/36" - 1" (20-25mm) wide.

Category of taps: Right hand, 2 through 6 straight or spiral flutes. Plug (4 to5 thread) or bottoming style chamfers. Hand taps, machine taps, tapered pipe taps, cold forming taps, etc.
